Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify customers of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International Orders: 10–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, when available.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Costa Wayuu is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at majogap@yahoo.com

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
